Living in L.A., I see a fair amount of Clippers ball.  Blake Griffin is coming.  Starting to hit the mid-range jumper and he's become a beast in the post.  Really developed his footwork from 10 feet or so in.  If you don't double him it's almost for sure a hoop and or foul.

Some of this is pure bull-strength and not a basketball game/style that a lot love, but given that's how ball is played in the NBA, Griffin is what is necessary.      To tie it to us, I'd love to see Nature Boy develop his game this way such that by this time next year the MAC has no answer for him.  It could happen.

I agree, Monroe, and next year with Owens, it'll be very hard for any team to double or triple team Nature Boy as sometimes is happening this year.

I'm honestly a little creeped out by all of the disembodied heads with no text posts you've been posting..

I agree with the latter. Owens and Campbell are going to be putting up big numbers next year just because all the attention will be on Ndour. I would also like to see Ndour develop a type of driving game. All he really does now is post up. Yes he is our C/PF but in reality with his size, athleticism, and shooting ability he's more like a SF. With his speed he can drive and get around anyone. He just needs to improve his ball handling a little. If he learns to play like a SF he will go to the NBA no doubt.

If he would learn to do this and we played him at SF we would have and interesting starting lineup next year. Stevie/Bean at point. One of the Juco's at SG. NDour at SF, Owens at PF, and Campbell at C. That would be unreal. a 6-9 SF in the MAC would be unbeatable.

I think Tariq will be ready to play and make an impact right away, but I'll need to see it to believe it will be as a starter. Not saying it won't happen, but big men usually take a bit to develop.  I'm really hoping we get Crute in playing as a point. I honestly think all four players signed for next year will be great starters by their senior years though

Rodell looks like he may be a big time scorer right away and include him with Ndour I think we'll have at least two great ones
