Great win for the Redchickens. That streak is good for the MAC. They had a full house and an electric crowd. CBSSN had a top-flight announcer. It sounded and felt like Big Time game. We need to have one of those in Athens again!

Could not agree more. It was a fantastic game to watch in an unbelievable environment. The crowd was electric. Jealous yes. Happy for the MAC yes. We can only dream of pulling off that kind of atmosphere in Athens that Oxford had tonight.

Yeah he is very full of crap. Their last home game had attendance of 421. What I think he meant is it is part of a womens/mens doubleheader, and perhaps the mens game is sold out 1/31. That women's game, by the way, is against our ladies. Hopefully we put up a good fight, they have the talent to pull it off.

Not to interrupt your boners for Oxford, but this will pass. They're total bandwaggoners that finally woke up when they got into the top 25. Their previous game was 5k and the one before that was 2k. The quicker they can lose and drop the top 25 label the better as far as I'm concerned. Their students & alumni suddenly acting like proud Redhawks nauseates me.

Their alumni are probably forking over a lot more money to the program than ours ever has.

Made me chuckle. And, we thought Sheldon and Captain Chaos look bewildered on the court sometimes!
