Can anyone tell me why my man Travis was not in the game in the last three or four minutes when his three-point threat and his defensive and rebound abilities would have helped?  Kudos to TJ and Jon Smith for playing very good games and to Treg for his best game as a Bobcat.  While Bean did come through we some key threes down the stretch, it wasn't quite enough to make up for his sordid passing during the whole game, IMHO.  All and all, a very disheartening loss.

I did not like our coaching in the last two minutes. I really did not like that we called our last timeout when we did (39 seconds left with McCrea shooting his second free throw) because we did not have the possession arrow. Travis not being put on the floor is a head-scratcher, too. Christian said in the post-game that TJ was in for offensive rebounding, but we needed a basket, not a rebound.

Just home in cincy after the game..JC also said he was going for two possessions the last 39 seconds.  that's a head scratcher to me.  I agree why wouldn't wilkins and kellogg be options #1 and #2 at the end to tie.  To have Bean and TJ take those shots is disheartening.  I'm sure the buffs couldn't have been happier.

Haven't seen stats but wasn't Ndour missing tonight too?  I'm starting to hate seeing him up top all the time.

And Bean, God that was an ugly 10 minutes in the first half.

Was really good to see Setty play with confidence offensively.  He was the only guy that really took it to the rim.

What else was missing?  Ball handling! 14-7 in turnovers,  We were really sloppy compared to them.

It was nice that Hall was in there the possession before and was able to get a very important offensive rebound that resulted in Kellogg's 3-pointer.

Also, I'm sure if there would have been a chance to sub for the very last possession, it would have been done.

Wilkins was on the bench the final 4 minutes.  I saw the the assistant repeatedly mouth the words "Travis" to JC over that time only to be ignored.  A big mistake, IMO.

But this one isn't on the coach.  Maurice was a total non-factor; looked intimidated all night.  Would rather have seen Campbell in there is Mo was just going to hoist threes and refuse to attack the basket.

McCrea did everything but stab Mo to make sure he didn't establish open post position.

Recipe for success against the Bobcats: get physical on Mo and pressure our point guard.

Don't forget to be over aggressive with the denial on the pass to the wings.

Going for two possessions makes perfect sense to me.  Not trying to chuck up a three with that much time left on the clock also makes sense.  Two points extends the game and is the right choice every time unless there's a darn good look from three point land.
