Just saw on ESPN.com that Tennessee-Martin fired its head coach, any chance Fuss, Stewart, or Wuczynski gets an offer?

What about other HC jobs that open up in next few weeks?

It seems like there should be one or more in the Big Ten.
And our friends in Huntington will almost surely see a change.

The body of work of any of the asst coaches would not support even a move to UT Martin at this point. There are Lots of candidates out there that are better connected, better qualified, more experienced....and so on. Little danger any of them are heading for a HC job in the immediate future. besides......I think they all like it here and have a great opportunity to build the resume.

If they leave it will be for a more high profile assistant position or a non-D1 HC gig.

Interesting list.

Georgia is having a decent season, especially considering their history is mediocre at best.  I would describe Clemson the same way.  Both teams are likely NIT bound though.

Vanderbilt is having a disappointing year but I would think twice before letting Stallings go.  I'd say he is one of the best to ever coach at Vandy (albeit their have an underwhelming history).

A lot of Rocky Top Nation is calling for Cuonzo's job but I think that is more of the result of the entire fanbase just being worn out from more losing than winning recently by the Vols, especially in football.  The Lady Vols basketball, while still a top tier program, is not what it once was which I credit more to what others have been doing moreso than what UT has not been doing.  They were just so ahead of their time for much of their history.

For the rest of the teams listed above look up "fire, dumpster."  Short of BC's upset of Syracuse (which has lost some luster considering the Orange's play recently) nothing really of note among those teams.

Notice the number of SEC teams on that list.

It would not surprise me to see Boals, Ford, Holtmann bolt for one of the bigger (SEC/Big6) programs. Walker would be great at TN Martin as far as fit  and recruiting ability. That said, they would all have to take significant pay cuts for some of those positions.

Gonna be an interesting carousel this year. Think a guy like Keno Davis has a ghosts chance in hell of getting a bigger gig? Ships sail.

Posted this a couple weeks ago, but Lamar already fired its coach, Pat Knight.

Is Craig Robinson (Michelle Obama's brother) still the HC at Oregon State (as of now)?
