Had a crazy ideas as I was shooting a few hoops prior to a workout in my gym.
I would be willing to pay a decent sum of money ~$1k (maybe a little more) to participate in some type of Ohio basketball fantasy camp.
It would be a ton of fun and a great reason to return to Athens. I could see it being a 3 day, 2 night type of thing where you sleep in the dorms next to the convo (or the OU Inn for the more pretentious). Two days of instruction, drills, and hanging out with coaches and players (present and possibly past). The last day could be short scrimmages in a tournament format where the attendees gets to play in mixed teams with present and former Ohio players.
If there was enough interest it could be a great fundraiser and also a great way to connect with the best fans of the program.
I have no idea if this is possible or if it had been done before. I merely want to toss it out as an idea because I would be willing to bet others would be interested.
Thoughts?
