I was pro-Boals when we hired Christian. I think it's time.  

Then again I wouldn't know the next John Groce if he introduced himself to me in person...

I guess the feeling is Boals could be a Jim Snyder type?  I have a feeling that ship has sailed and probably never happens again.  Still, he's gotta have recruiting contacts and game knowledge.  So, maybe you take a flier on him.  Didn't we do that with Groce?  I do think Schaus will get another good one though so I trust his contacts and decision making.
