But it struck me... how does this plan compare to the long lamented 6 year plan of our favorite initials?

Great interview!  I don't know if the guy's going to be successful or not but he sure sounds like someone I'd like to have a beer with!

Listening to this interview, and I'm all in for the new coach & staff. (And thrilled Fuss is staying).

He's not starting out with a full squad, but probably better than having a bunch of half-ass effort guys on the team midway through the season next year.

And I have no doubt SP & crew will be recruiting hard to fill the spots for 14-15 & 15-16, and the smell of four years of starting has got to be a good lure to potential recruits..
