We could be Western Illinois, which has Waste Management Court at Western Hall.

A waste management company could make Ohio an offer they couldn't refuse.

Peden should be renamed Tate Stadium but the signage would read OHIO'STATE STADIUM. They hijacked our name, let's hijack theirs.

Actually, that's a pretty good idea. How about State Farm as the sponsor?

If you look at the region for a company that has a large presence I think of American Electric Power. The Ohio Valley is lined with AEP power plants plus the corporate head quarters is in Columbus. AEP Arena or AEP Field at Peden Stadium sound ok to me. I am sure it will drive some of the local tree huggers crazy which actually makes me like it even more!!!

Yep, sounds like a perfect moniker for that institute up in Columbus: Ohio State Farm University Stadium.

I've been saying we should just name it "Ohio Stadium" so they can get mad, but then theoretically realize that would be really stupid to get mad (but probably not).

We should also be looking at naming rights for parts of the facilities.  Nationwide Arena may have reached the ultimate with naming rights for the box office.

There's your chance, borna.  Give the big bucks and have the restrooms named after your favorite three-point shooter and flop artist!   Maybe the rest of us could chip in and have individual hand dryers named after us.  I can see it now the OCF and the Monroe hand dryers blowing hot air together side by side.  What a fitting metaphor!

You are a little late to the Party, as we had already called the Stadium OHIO Stadium before changing the name to Peden.  In fact on the East Stands you can still see a marker with "OHIO Stadium".
