I am not sure of the rationale but 19 games in 2 seasons was probably a tipping point for the panel.

I would be very curious to see what his academic progress looks like. I would hope the committee looked at what he has been doing with his extra time in the classroom.

Ric, if you go straight by the rules, has exhausted his eligibility. I am not sure what criteria and how flexible the rules are that were applied in the Brown case. Seems awfully liberal to me.
