Your first post is an unsubstantiated transfer rumor?  Got anything to back it up?

Iowa State or Louisville? I thought Louisville was the landing spot.

Edit - Twitter rumblings the past few weeks.

If this has been brewing for weeks, and if true, this probably has little to do with the coaching change.

Transfer with one year left? If he does that... well, that's silly.

At this rate, by 5 p.m. Saturday we're going to find out the Convo has been repossessed by a bank and Rufus has transferred to Miami.

Not sure where he's going but just got a text that he's gone and then another with the same message from an independent source.  Any of you guys have any eligibility left?

If it transpired before the coaching change perhaps.  But as I mentioned in another thread, given the coaching change what is the upside for him to stay and use his last year of eligibility on a transition year?  Go to ISU (or wherever), take classes to get himself on track to graduate.  Bulk up a year physically and then face better nightly competition as an audition for scouts.

Yeah, I would never begrudge anyone the chance of going to play for Rick Pitino, maybe get a shot at the show. But Iowa State? That'd be tougher to take.

Looks like we may be seeing Stevie play 1 one 5 next year.  I bet he can still gut out a few wins.

Lucky:  The posting policy specifies rumors about legal issues or a player's personal life.

If we've learned anything this past week in the "rumor" mill where there's smoke there's fire. I'm betting on this is another done deal.

If NDour transfers out with one year to play then he's less intelligent than we all give him credit for. Why leave, so you can avoid playing one year under a new coach? Isn't that what he would be doing anyway?

What if this is true - do you make it hard for the kid to leave?  Personally I wouldn't want someone on a team that doesn't want to be here.

I'm still not convinced it's Iowa State. Look at his tweet to Georgi Dieng and look at what Louisville is about to lose (Montrezl). Maybe a reach, but I guess we'll see. Either way, he's gone so it doesn't really matter.

Yeah but Kane had graduated from Marshall and took advantage of that stupid one year transfer rule. I guess if Mo is set to graduate in May he won't have to sit out but that would be hard considering he's been at 2 schools.

If he goes, he goes. Nice player but we made CIT with him.

Does anyone really see him being a legit talent for Louisville in one year?  He showed some really nice skills but was uneven and really needs to work on his body.  Not sure he can become that type of player in a year///if ever.

My absolute favorite part about this is that there is a ton of speculation that Fred Hoiberg's heading to the NBA this summer. He's a top name for several jobs that will be open, and has expressed his interest in the NBA in the past.

I'm also really excited to see read the incessant criticisms of Christian for jumping to a bigger conference juxtaposed with the rationalizations of N'Dour doing the same.
