\\I have had quite a few folks ask about OUr guys overseas this spring and summer. . GOing to try to use this thread to keep up with them. Start with what I know and go from there.

I was at a recent run in the park at Kokomo. Lots of Indiana kids who are getting ready to go back over put up some cash and played . Julius Mays (UK) back from Italy, Brandon WOod )Valpo/Mich ST) and a number of others looking for some run got together for 2 days. Makes for some starnge bedfellows Got to see Tommy and Malik Perry talking about how BSU /OU battles. Pierre Snead and Malik had some great disdain for him after the 2010 game but they buried therr differences to win this tourney. As I watched I thought ....you know you can go a lot of places in Hoops but it all comes back to the park COnfirmed that when I said to these guys "lookslike you made your gas money when you split that 8 ways. ....they all 3 said the same thing "It ain't about the money pops...it's the park"

Really good to catch up to all those guys we have known since grade school AAU. Lots of them overseas right now. Parents in the park were pretty cool sharing how we keep in touch and how having a kid overseas affects families.

Losing him again as he leaves the 31st and comes back May 12. Playing for Mychal Green's former squad in Glasgow. . Owwww. At least the BBL will be available online this year. HAs had a good summer teaching clinics from South Dakota to Va Beach for Proshot http://focusedshooter.com/  and doing work with Various University programs helping with shooting and filling in with OUr guys while back in Athens as there are not that many bodies presently.

I will use this thread to try and track down and keep up with the rest of  OUr guys overseas. DJ,  TIllman, WIlliams, Green, TOmmy, Reg, IVo and the rest......feel free to post any info or pics up here as I have found that there is a great deal of interest under the surface.

Thanks for sharing.  You're right, there is an interest to know how former players are doing.

OH I thought no one really cared for the "Where are they now thread". I really would love for a special section to be made instead of searching all over 100 places. THANKS!!

How did each of these guys do in their respective leagues last year? Reports were spotty.

I am trying to think of the best way to do this. I was thinking of one forum like "Post Grad Work" or something where we can track athletes from all sports.

But I'm open to ideas.

Not sure if it would require permission, but isn't there an athletics alum group called Varsity Ohio? Maybe the forum could be labeled Varsity Ohio & Alumni Updates.
