Hustlebelt is ranking the top 25 players in the MAC and finally an Ohio player, Maurice Ndour, appears at #3. I'd assume the top two are going to be Treadwell and Juice Brown in one order or another, so Ndour will be Ohio's only selection to the top 25.

Edit: Treadwell is #2, so I'm sure that means Brown is #1.

I think in the next year or two we will see Simmons, Kaminsky, and Taylor in the top 25 if not top 15.

I guarantee Stevie won't make the list next year. (He's a senior.)

I'm always confused at how crappy Kent has been with reportedly such good players for the conference? Sendy has to be on the hot seat there:

2011–12 21–12 (10–6) lost in MAC semifinals 0–1 in CIT
2012–13 21–14 (9–7) lost in MAC semifinals 1–1 in CIT
2013–14 16–16 (7–11) lost in MAC first round No postseason

He could've meant the other Taylor.

This list is a joke.

Tied among the leaders for most players on the list:
BG 3, CMU 3, NIU 3, Kent State 3

LOL.

Richaun Holmes and Chris Fowler belong in the top 10. The other players from BG and CMU are not Top 25 players. Suspect of NIU's top 3 (although I actually think they will be good as a team this year) and I agree with thoughts that Senderoff is on the hot seat. Don't see Kent doing much.

Either that or Ohio isn't as good as people think.

Is Akron also not as good as people think?

I would take Akron's three starters not listed in that Top 25 over some of the scrubs on this list ANY day.

Scoring double digit points on a bad team doesn't qualify you as one of the conference's best players.

As for Ohio, I think it is likely that both Bean Willis and Stevie Taylor make the ALL-MAC teams at the end of the year. Take that how you may.

With the three Kent guards listed there isn't one that I would rather have on my team over Bean and Stevie. Brewer is the closest but seriously, just because they didn't average double figures?

And Shannon Evans? Shannon Freakin Evans? We'll see how he and Regan do without big stud in the middle.

Agree with you there.

The top five make sense to me, but a lot of the rest of this list is pretty bizarre. Some decent players, but some real head-scratchers too.

I agree with Juice over Treadwell. Treadwell is a great player but never seems to get it together for a long stretch thanks to behavior and attitude problems. I'd much rather have Juice on my team. He's a threat to score or set up a score any time he's near the ball.

I agree RJ. I would go as far as saying the Top 10 is good. I could argue over a guy here or there, but overall I agree with the guys in the Top 10.

After that, ridiculousness ensues. #11 Zavier Turner isn't better than our starting point guard. #12 Jehvon Clarke would not start at Ohio over our current point guard. There are some more players 11-25 who deserve to be there. There are a lot who do not.
