That's the problem. The ball movement is not good. Too much dribbling and standing in place. Last night, the team took 70 shots, yet only managed 10 assists. When they don't pass the ball, they end up taking lower percentage shots, too. Evansville, had 21 assists on 27 made shots.

Also, attempting 3 FTs for an entire game is pathetic. Until this team starts at least looking to pound the ball inside, the outside shots are going to be more difficult. Good, quick ball movement fixes almost every problem on the offensive side of the floor.

We have poor decision makers facilitating the offense. Hard to get anything going when that is the case.

Also, offensively we are probably "thinking" too much on the court about what to do instead of just doing it. I think as the season progresses, we will get better at movement without the ball.
