Caught an interview with Russ on an Akron station today. His assessment of this team was spot-on, IMO: We have no go-to offensive leader, no go-to defensive stopper and no leaders in the locker room. He specifically called out Mo and Bean as players Saul had expected to assume those roles.

Sounds like this staff is working hard but has been very frustrated with the lack of leadership. Stevie not even in the conversation, which would seem to confirm my suspicion that he is as immature in the locker room as he often is on the court.
