I signed up to try this for the season. I'm sure it'll be an exercise in poor picking, but it makes it a bit more fun to watch other games.

The top 2 in the fan standings is not surprising - Ball State and BG, as their bias helped them predict surprise wins. But the fan base ranked 3rd - Ohio - comes solely from excellent picking skills.

I'd be tied for first if I'd not picked Ohio to win at BG. Silly me should have known better. Somehow I expected a far better effort than that.

Home teams look a little stronger this week. Central at Akron is a tough call - I like the Chips on the road. I wonder if EMU can come out of their 0-2 funk and post the win at Kent State - they seem too good a team to drop to 0-3.
