I think all this does is outline how much Ohio needs some new video boards/scoreboards in the Convo...and Peden for that matter. If the video was clearer, it would be better. I was sitting courtside and it looked terrible.
I have been saying for years that the Convo needs a hanging scoreboard with a good video board!! It would make a world of difference.

As I've reported before, Jim Schaus said this could be a reality for $1 million. More money than I have in my pocket, to be sure, but not that much in the grand scheme of things. If we can round up $7 million for a football practice facility, I think we can round up $1 million for basketball.

Please, someone... make this a reality!

Last I heard they have $3.3 million, with the lead gift being $3 million. I say walk up to Alden Library like everyone else and use the money (as if they could) to speed up all the Roundhouse needs instead.

I'm not giving anything to this academic building project because I don't believe in it one bit. How this is a priority over the improvements that are so badly needed to our existing facilities is beyond me. Not that my $100 is going to make a huge difference, but talk about a project to modernize the convo or peden and or other facilities that need it with maximum benefit to all programs, I'm on board.
