After tonight's failure to show up for the game and tweets from some players I'm going to take Saul to task.
I believe Saul should have taken every electronic device away from EVERYONE getting on the bus tonight. No cell phone, facebook, twitter, music, nothing. Just 8 hours of diesel and tire noise. Plenty of time to think of what type of team/player they want to be. They have the talent , they just need to dig down and find the desire.

Not such a crazy idea if this team is guilty of not being able to look in the mirror and see where improvement must come from ! I remember some long bus rides, and the terrible feelings that go with a loss. That terrible feeling must be a motivator to change behavior, improve attitudes, and translate into dedication to improve as a player, a teammate. You must learn to hate to lose to become a winner. One of my theories on today's basketball players is that all the AAU summer leagues and games played can have a negative affect. You can learn to live with losing....the value of ball possession, turnovers and bad shots can become not so important....certainly not as important as Coach thinks they are !

They'll probably whine and say they need laptops for homework or something.
