I wouldn't read too much into Wiz not being included. It could be as simple as him being marked a senior and them rolling forward to the next year dropping off. Although that would not explain why Reef would remain.

His twitter and any googled search is mute about a transfer. I would not take that roster update as 100% definitive on that fact. It also obviously doesn't mean that the guys on still on the roster won't enter the portal. Also, while he was awful against Bowling Green, he played mostly good defense for a lot of the year. For the time being we have even less depth underneath if he is indeed leaving. Maybe we can use the scholarship on an accomplished big man. But, that is just that. A maybe.

Most of these guys are making a big mistake. They will go to 2 or 3 schools, likely not graduate or play professionally. Have no loyalty or friends made. I’m glad they have the freedom, but most will not be good. Mark Sears made a good move, but most will not work out that well.

On the recruiting page it lists AJ Brown as class of ‘27. And on ohiobobcats.com it lists AJ Brown as a sophomore going into next season.

Did he officially get a redshirt year and it hasn’t been reported?

Would be surprised if AJ didn't get a med redshirt. (that he'll undoubtedly use when he transfers after next season *ducks*)

Roster also lists Nichol as a sophomore.

I'm sure they just have additional clean-up to go through.

As for Wiz... he might not play again or go to Europe as others have mentioned. I had high hopes for year three, but won't be losing sleep.
