MAC goes 10-0 the last two days to finish non-con play 80-50.

Home: 54-10
Road: 20-34
Neutral: 6-6

Record against 1-100 RPI: 2-28
Record against 101-200 RPI: 18-15
Record against 201+ RPI: 60-7

Looks like the league beat on some pretty weak teams. 20-43 v <200 RPI, yet 60-7 v +200

But the numbers don't lie. The end result is a very solid RPI and Sagarin for the MAC.

Remember that its hard for MAC schools to schedule home games vs top 100 teams. So the vast majority of those games are road games. It helps your RPI a little bit even in losses on the road to high RPI teams.

Regarding the Sagarins, the MAC is even higher than in the RPI. I think one of the main reasons for this are close road losses to highly rated teams. Unlike RPI, Sagarin factors in point margins. The MAC had quite a few of those games, getting credit for playing well in road losses.

I'm looking at the glass half full. After several seasons of mediocre to poor ratings, the last two season's the MAC is back to where it used to be in better days.
