In three years. Boeheim is retiring. http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaab/2015/03/18/jim.../

Can Hurley bide his time that long?

I believe Syracuse named an assistant coach as a head coach in waiting - several years ago.

I wonder if recent events at Syracuse has Gahanna junior Moyer reconsidering his commitmment. I've read where some other possible recruits are beginning to rethink their level of interest in the Orange.

With the AD also gone and the breadth of the infractions -- academic misconduct, extra benefits, failure to follow the drug policy, booster misconduct -- all bets might be off for Mike Hopkins to succeed Boeheim. The new AD might be inclined to clean house. It depends on how quickly the push to relax NCAA enforcement for the Snob Conferences moves along.
