Since Basgere came here I have been paying pretty close attention to strength coaches and their contributions. We had a quantum leap starting in 08 and saw the transformation in KVK's body going into 2010

Read about the UM coach http://www.stack.com/2014/03/13/jon-sanderson/ months back and now saw the one on the Wisky guy. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/04/sports/ncaabasketball/w...

Can't wait till OUr guy gets hold of these kids in the off season. We won't and don't have the facilities or training tables but OUr guy should be able to put our guys through a regimen to get some beef on those skinny bodies.

Good reading if you are interested. Nice to see how the science meets the road.

I have been saying for two years that our guys just don't look the part. Especially TC. Someone please give that kid an NBA body and he could have a shot but his time is running out. Oh, and he also has to want to put the work in to become a trent or hunter, etc.type!

I think TC's ceiling is somewhere between Reggie and Leon. It's interesting that both TC and Reggie were (reportedly) playing their senior years of high school between 230-240 but ballooned before their first years at Ohio. Reggie was reported 260+ and TC was pushing 280.

I am long ready for the day when all of our 6'7''+ players weigh more than 200 pounds (Jon Smith, Mo, Treg, Tyquane, Khari)
