HA
I was waiting for that. I was unimpressed the times I have seen him. Plays lazy and w bad habits. He is frequently with much smaller players in the conference they play in but he is very rarely asserting himself so it is just not the way he is used so I am hoping in college he gets with a coach who will light his fire and guide his development.
He has a great frame and good hops. Nice nose for the ball and good basic footwork but he needs a mentor.
I get the distinct impression his handler is a bear. Several friends have remarked that he looks up into the stands and listens, looks at and responds to the handler infinitely more than the coach on the bench. First order of the day for the staff will be to deal with that if those reports are correct. Offers at many places still open for him but depends on who you read as to whom is the current leader.
You know me! Well, apparently he and Rosie Barnes figured something out, because Caleb just said he'd be announcing his college choice next week.
I know that my man Izzo has dealt with parents who are real piece of work, some well-meaning and others meddlingly disruptive. An experienced sports agent is a different thing. I don't really know much about the relationship between Swanigan and his guardian. I'm working on giving them the benefit of the doubt.
