Definitely enough cause here. Just wonder if he would have been fired if there was no video. Unfortunate situation for BG program.
Whether they would've fired him without the video depends on how forthcoming the bartender, other patrons and the assistants who got him out of there would be. It certainly would've impeded the investigation.
People do stupid things when they're drunk, including unwanted advances. But when you're a coach, you're on a really short leash (at least these days). Ten years ago we were fortunate that Solich only passed out and ran his car into a curb, and there was no video. (Yes, ultimately it was determined that he was drugged, but that finding was made well after the fact.) Now, everything is potentially caught on camera in some way.
