I just saw that Shayne Whittington got a two year deal with the Pacers:

Any word yet on Richaun Holmes? I saw that he was playing well for Philly in the summer league but then got hurt. As many bigs as Philly has on the roster I don't know if they will keep him or not. Good to see a few recent MAC stars getting some NBA dollars.

Yep, so with Holmes being a Round 2 pick, he could be cut loose.

I think that's the extent of MAC guys aside from Chris Kaman. The last player to play an NBA (or ABA) game from each MAC school (many came out of the MAC in the late 90s):

Akron: Nathaniel Barnett (12 games in 1976).
Ball State: Bonzi Wells (10-year career ended in 2008).
Bowling Green: Antonio Daniels (14-year career ended in 2011).
Buffalo: Sam Pellom (played 4 years ending in 1983) and Randy Smith (12 years ending in 1983).
Central Michigan: Chris Kaman (under contract with Blazers this year, his 13th).
Eastern Michigan: Earl Boykins (14-year career ended in 2012).
Kent State: John Edwards (2 seasons ending in 2006).
Miami: Wally Sczerbiak (10 seasons ending in 2009).
Northern Illinois: Xavier Silas (played 2 games in 2012).
Ohio: Brandon Hunter (played 2 years ending in 2005).
Toledo: Casey Shaw (played 9 games in 1999).
Western Michigan: Shayne Whittington (played 20 games last year).

Holmes signed a multi-year deal. This reads like as long as a 4 year deal with the first 2 years guaranteed. Good news for another recent MAC guy!
