Ndour finished with 9 points on 4-of-7 shooting, 1-of-2 at the foul line with 2 blocks, 1 assist, 1 foul, but 0 rebounds in 21 1/2 minutes. He was the first player off the bench for New York.

Most are on NBATV if you get that channel. If not, it's $4.99 now for an online pass to watch all summer league games.

One game in and Mo's already made an impression on Knicks fans. A fair number of rumblings on Twitter about his impact, and how they'd like to see him make the roster.

2nd game stats: 8 pts, 8 rebs, 3 blocks, 3 steals, +/- +10, 26 mins.

He's making a good impression. If he doesn't make the Knicks this year, he'll at least be on their shortlist for the future.

His alley-oop dunk from Cleanthony Early was #8 on today's Sportscenter Top 10.

NDour continues to impress. Started again in Gm 3. Played 28min, lead team with 23pts(10-15), 3-3FT, 6rebs. Knicks were down by 10 start of Q4 and Mo took over scoring 13 of team's 29pts to send it to OT. Knicks win by 3.

Ndour was trending nationally on Twitter for a short while. That's a lot of attention. Almost certainly has earned his way into a training camp at this point, making the roster not out of the question yet either.

How bout the D?
Totally contained Julius Randle
Diving all over the place for impressive steals
Blocking dunks, including Okafor's windup attempt

(Knick employee) Larry Johnson predicted a roster spot
WOW!

From a PBT posting:

• Another Knick playing well in Vegas is Maurice Ndour. If you’re not familiar (and a lot of people weren’t) he’s a power forward/center from Senegal, played his college ball at Ohio (not State), and he went undrafted. But when the Knicks needed buckets late in a close game against the Sixers he had six straight points. He’s got good footwork, hustles on defense and uses his length to be disruptive, he can score in around the basket, and he plays with constant energy.

The problem? The Knicks may not have a roster spot to give him — they have a pretty packed roster, and that includes along the front line.

“I don’t know if there’s any more he can do,” Fisher said of Ndour making the Knicks roster. “I think he’s doing everything that’s at least in his control to be a guy that — whether it’s our team, hopefully so, but there are 29 other teams — he’s giving teams a look that he can play at this level and be pretty good at it.”

Ndour is going to be playing in the NBA this fall. Somewhere. (KH)

I randomly decided to set tivo to record this game yesterday. I'm very happy I did, will try to watch it tonight before the Mrs gets home.

Very happy for N'dour, seems like an incredible young man.

Its like the genius that is so talented to the point where he can only thrive at the top level. A game to advanced for college ball.
