For those interested in how he's been doing since leaving Athens, TyQuane Goard (the only other incoming freshman besides Stevie Taylor in 2011) is joining WVU for the 2015-16 season. Left Ohio for Marshall, but played in 29 games during the Bobcats' Sweet 16 season.

He definitely has had his ups and downs. Glad he is getting his degreee. Wish him all the luck in Morgantown. Good article on the move.

He realized some splinters were coming his way. I hope he finds his way overseas. He might be able to play in a B league.

With a degree and his athletic ability I'm sure he will be making more than most during his time overseas.

It's amazing how often this happens. Once a kid starts running he never stops. Shame.

Semi - OT, but it seems awfully presumptive sometimes to declare that any halfway decent college basketball player can forage a solid pro career oversees. Are the opportunities really that abundant? Maybe borna can shed some light. After reading that Zeke Marshall was cut super early after joining a Euro team, it doesn't seem that overseas teams are tolerant of headcases any more than American pro teams.

His body would've been extremely useful against UNC.
