The Mavs have signed quite a few guys recently to minimum contracts. I believe they now have 17 players under contract, so at least two will have to be cut. It looks like there will be quite a bit of competition at the power forward position. Jarrid Famous, Jeremy Evans and Brandon Ashley all seem to have similar contracts to Ndour's.

Carlisle seems pretty high on Maurice. Mentioning an undrafted rookie on media day is a good thing. Talks about home playing some 3 in the preseason.

Mavs writer tweeted Rick using Mo at Point Guard😊😊Because of Deron Williams' calf injury, Maurice Ndour has played some point guard in camp. Rick Carlisle says he's done well with it.
