Hey Bobcat fans, I cover the Dallas Mavericks here in Dallas and recently wrote a post about one of your very own. Mo seems like an awesome person and player and I think he will make the final roster. Here is the in-depth piece I wrote about him. Go Bobcats!!!

Mo has been getting plenty of minutes but struggling so far in the preseason. He's averaged 24.6 minutes, 4 points, 1 rebound, 1.7 assists, 2 turnovers, .3 steals. He's made 4-25 FG, including 2-10 3PT, and is 2-4 on FTs.

Not very good stats so far, but it's a big adjustment for him. I wonder if they may assign him to the D-league when the season starts to give some development opportunity.

I don't have too much to add. Mostly, I'm hiding out over here away from the football threads. Peoples are crazy over there.

I think Mo will have a decent, fairly long NBA career. But it may take time to develop. Make his first mark on defense, maybe.

Interesting that even with horrible shooting numbers there are a couple of references to him having a really strong camp.

His final game before the injury, he was 3-6, with all 3 misses on 3-pointers. I think it's got to be his defense and versatility that make him attractive to the Mavericks.

"It’s unclear how much Ndour will make on his deal with Madrid, but if he earns more than $845,059, it would be possible for the Mavericks to slightly trim the amount they owe him for this season, thanks to the NBA’s rule regarding set-off rights. Dallas is currently on the hook to Ndour for more than $525K this season and in excess of $437MM for 2016/17."
