Charles Barkley lit up the Phoenix Suns on Inside the NBA this week, going on a 4+ minute rant where he trashed just about everything in the organization. Barkley has a soft spot for the Suns, as he spent several years of his career there, but he’s not happy with the direction of the organization.

Some highlights:

Barkley said recently fired coach Jeff Hornacek can go work for a “real team” now.

Barkley called the Suns “trash.”

When Ernie Johnson pointed out that the team’s top 3 scorers were injured, Barkley said “They were no good when they had them.”

Barkley said the stadium has “stale popcorn” and the hot dogs have “hard buns” and “the soda is flat” and “the beer is flat.”

“The pretzels are hard as a rock and can break your dentures.”

“They got dirty seats,” but there is “plenty of parking.”

And the cheerleaders? “Oh, they ugly now.”
