I am doing some work in NW Ohio M, T and W this week. Hoping to be able to fit BG game into my plans. Anyone heading up and if so where might I find you for a pre-game adult beverage?

Thanks in advance for info.

Hopefully KK is back in this one. The train needs to keep rolling, but BG is a tough place for the Cats to win. Not sure this will be the easy game some of us are expecting. I'll take a win and get out of town, don't care by how much.

I don't think anyone should feel like this is an automatic W for Ohio. Even moreso considering they, uh, beat the Bobcats in Athens.

Wow....26 games have already been played this season. Hard to believe.

This game has me concerned as, in the back of my mind, we just seem due to stub our toe soon given our strong run lately. Whether Anderson Arena or the Stroh Center our teams struggle to win on the BG campus.

That being said, I would like to think the team has not forgotten about the first game and want to redeem the way they played-especially in the second half.

I believe in this team and their potential from now to Cleveland and a loss here won't change that but a win would be huge in so many ways. Would love to create some distance between us and the rest of the log jam in second place.

Hopefully the fact that Ohio melted down in the middle of the first half and got humiliated in the Convo will eliminate any possibility of the Bobcats looking past BG tomorrow night. Any road game scares me. I will take a 1 point win.

Agree - it's been a struggle for Ohio teams up at BG for the majority of my 20ish years as an Ohio Basketball fan. I hope this is the year it starts to change. Getting this W is a really important one on the way to Cleveland. Let's hope the sting of how that last one ended up is a really strong motivator to keep the pedal down against this BG team.

This is a huge game. We've been able to pour some monster leads on teams the past few games. I want to see that tomorrow, and more importantly I want to see us hang onto that lead.

GO OHIO!

BG's 1-6 at home in MAC play. Their only win was Jan 6 vs Fiami; they've lost six straight at home. Let's make it seven.

Is that 11 1/2 (11.5) or 1 1/2 (1.5)?

IS that the game that saw them score like 13 points in about 10 secs of gametime? I would think that would be some motivation.

Have you noticed the losing streak they're on? I think BG has only won once since beating Ohio a month and a half ago.

The funny thing about streaks...

Road game against a team that for whatever god-forsaken reason has owned Ohio lately. If we're a contender, we take care of business. but eventually BG will break through with one of their performances that they only ever seem to manage against us.

They have a very small lineup; no one over 6-8 starts. Tony could dominate.

They're not much on sharing; they have 145 assists for the entire team in MAC play; Jaaron has 105 by himself. We play our game and avoid giving them 10-pt possessions and we should win.

In the Convo Jan 12 Cats had a just awful night. Tone, Simmons, and Setty fouled out. BG 22-OU 12 FT's. OU 14 TO's. Out RB'd BG 42-OU 32. Only 8 TTL team assists. BG 26-OU 16 in the paint. Horrible H2.

I think a lot of the issues we had in that game were issues all early season and they all compounded together in one game that night. I think we have improvements across all of these through the season. But I still expect a close game. i think this really depends on a solid game from Tone, Simmons, and a few well timed 3's from KK, Jordy, Block, and maybe even one from Setty.......

I think Saul Ball is in full swing - and I would not be totally surprised if we dominate.

BG swept Ohio last year because BG was the better team. BG beat Ohio this year in the Convo because BG played the better game. Ohio will beat BG in BG because Ohio is the better team and playing much better than BG is.
