I'll admit I'm chomping the bit a little here...but are we going to pit our prognosticating prowess against the rest of the MAC fandom again this year? I have to admit - I have grown helplessly addicted. "Hello, my name is El Gato Roberto and I'm a MAC Pick 'em-aholic"

Think I might give this a shot for the first time ever this season...

OK, we are up and running with mostly the same ancient amateur coding setup with lackluster graphics as the past 14 years, but the content can't be beat. I am just an accountant, after all.

As a reminder or intro to those who haven't played, we simply pick the winner of every conference game and keep standings for both individuals and fan groups. There are also stats on which teams are picked to win the most, which teams are the toughest to pick, etc. The overall average was just 60.3% last year, which is pretty incredible for picking without lines.

It makes following the entire conference much more entertaining. In fact I've tried to get Jeremy Guy to recognize the value of it to the conference and retweet it, but he won't...because he is a douche bag. Maybe FakeGuyMAC will tweet it out for me.

Amidst all the drama of the seedings at stake tonight, perhaps the bigger story is the closely contested battle for the best prognosticators in the conference. We currently sit in 2nd behind only CMU. I suspect if the Bobcats win and CMU loses tonight, we may jump them and take the title.

But...I really really doubt CMU loses tonight.

OULongDriver & Eagle66 have outside shots at the individual title still.
