Very good call. Boldon Ball.

Anyone have any insight on the two losses to Beefalo? Should we be worried if we have to face them again in the MAC tournament?

What does winning the regular season title give us in the way of the tournament--byes and such?

Tough to win the conference with everyone taking their best shot at you but they gutted out the season and the win last night.
Very nice to see members of the volleyball team, track and field, and the men's team there to watch them cut down the nets.
Roberto Boldoni for MAC COY!

Bottom line on Beef games: You have to make baskets to win. We didn't. Beefs are not one of the stronger teams in the MAC but look what happened. The conference has some good teams this year, with decent rpi's. We beat Central and Ball earlier in games we probably should have lost. They'll be the 2 and 3 seeds. And BG, with a losing conference record, just played us even for 3 quarters in the Convo until KB took over. The conference is definitely competitive but if Ohio brings its A game they'll take the tourney.

We have a No. 1 seed and a ticket to the quarters in Cleveland. But lets take care of Fiami first.

Unless you were in the arena against BG, you probably have no idea just how INTENSE Boldon got with the team that night. The defense and rebounding was not great early in the game, and during a timeout he absolutely laid into them. I could hear every word from across the floor and won't repeat word-for-word here. Then, very next BG possession, another wide open shot and make...immediate timeout by Boldon and he just sat there on the bench and stewed. To say it was intense is really a colossal understatement.

It's been another amazing year for the ladies, and hopefully they can conquer Buffalo and then the rest of the MAC and return to the Dance!
