I am seriously doubting 20 w's.

I see 5-7 or 6-6 for the remaining games. Long shot for any more in the MAC tourney due to low seed,

We are at 11 w's , do the math.

I think it will be 16 total.

Not a bad improvement over 10 wins last year.

Town bobcat: so very true and spot on brother! Lordy, we were terrible last year while, currently, we gaining ground and improving. Your prediction is hard to argue with. Most fickle fans don't realize that we are in a calculated ( and well coached ) process .
Some were fooled by our inflated ooc schedule. They should have known better. Conference play, especially against more experienced teams, is grueling.
Appreciate what we have with Saulball. This man can coach.
Enjoy the journey. It will be worth the watch.

Realizing that this post was started om 11/14 and it's now 1/25 it is easy to answer this question now......Yes I am.
At best we will be 15-15. There are 12 games left, 6 home and 6 away. We currently are 0-3 on the road. We would need to go 9-3 to get to 20 wins. With 6 road games left that is doubtful.
Is a 15-15 record an achievement? I guess that's debatable. One could say it's an improvement over LY's 10-20. One could also say look a little closer into the conference record. We will probably end with a 6-12 In-Conference W-L record. Clearly that points to an easy 9-3 record in OOC games. I still say coaches have an affinity to weak OOC scheduling for padding their W-L record.
I know looking ahead to next year many on this board have a belief that will all minus 1 player returning we should be improved. Normally I would agree, however, until this coaching staff can instill a mental toughness into this team it will be another difficult year. I'm just saying.

With 8 games left in the regular season, I think we are still on track to get to 20+ wins this season.

- Split with Buffalo (W, L)
- 2 losses @ Ball St and @Akron
- 4 Wins - Miami (2), BGSU, EMU

- End at 19-11, 10-8 in the MAC
- Win 1st round game in the Tourney to get to 20 wins
- See where we go from there in the MAC Tourney...
- Play in a postseason tournament somewhere!

That BG game is at their barn - never an easy place for our teams to win in the past. I don't know if they'll get to 20 wins or not, but they're enjoyable to watch and root for. They are definitely on the rise, so anything is possible. Besides Zippy, anyone in the league is beatable on any given night by anyone else.

that was the talk of both teams at the arena tonite. My MAC pick em got slaughtered tonite.....but I was right on OHIOOOOOOOO

First time all season I'd say were more likely to get 20. @Ball State and @Buffalo and we get a pair of wins. We got @BGSU, @Akron and @Miami with EMU, Miami and Buffalo at home. We got six games left. They schedule sets ups very nice for the Bobcats if BGSU and Miami keep struggling at home and we take advantage of that and get wins in those places. We would be the #2 seed in the MAC if it plays out like if we take care of business at home next couple of games.
