VA Tech was one of the weaker teams in the ACC, so I'm interested to see how the 'Cats do after the good win vs. Marshall. Tip is set for Sunday at 2 p.m., here's BobcatTV's preview featuring Kiki & Yamonie: http://bit.ly/1RqYjJm

This will be a tough test for Ohio, but a winnable game. True, VT was only 5-11 in conference play, but it's a strong conference. They were 18-13 overall and played 5 top 20 teams, including a 14 point win at #8 Tennessee. Don't believe there were any mutual opponents.

Go OHIO

Nice win today. Hope KB's injury isn't too serious.

Look at these numbers

The High Street Tech draws 2500 plus for the WNIT game against West Virginia . Lots of WVU people in this number

Bobcat U draws 1100 plus for the Va Tech game

Let's compare Athens/OU population with Col's/ The HSTech population

If you were there you'd know this was a gross over estimate of attendance figures. OSU also had a men's game going on 500yds away in their other gym.

I was there and I doubt it was a gross over estimate. Late arrivals but reasonably good crowd.

To me it seemed to be one of the largest women's crowds of the year. More occupied seats than usual. Good community support and a smattering of students, too.

Not clear as there is some ambiguity. Gross overestimate of which game? OUrs or $tate? Which one did you attend?

Why do you feel so compelled to jump in and comment on every thing that is discussed scarlet and gray? Just curious as for years and pseudonyms it has always kind of puzzled me...is your degree from there? I kind of get the girls sports connections, knowledge of Dayton and the ties to the HS tournaments in the Convo but the whole Bucknuts connection I have yet to figure out...

I was there and I thought the student turnout was embarrassing. You'd think the students would have more interest in supporting their fellow students in a home tournament game like this.

What happened, what's the nature of Kiyanna Black's injury?

Coach Boldon (in postgame remarks on OHIOBOBCATS.com) is pretty complimentary to the women. That's a bit unusual in that he's often a bit critical, often cites things that we could have done better.

Why is it Ohio has to play at Temple? I believe this will be Temple's first home game of the WNIT. I was thinking Ohio would have home games till the semi-finals. It can't be attendance, they draw the same as we do, some times worse.

Money I'd assume. Temple's home attendance is around 100 more than ours.. So I'm assuming money.

If the game is being televised, I assume temple easier to reach than Ohio.
