How many years of your life would you give up to experience what Kris Jenkins just experienced?

Assuming it's on the back end, I would go 10. Maybe 15.

OK, but being on the back end myself, I think I'll give up my thirties, which were a blur of never-ending work, raising kids and getting hammered by the rising cost of keeping those kids stocked with $30 Nintendo games. I'll keep the next ten years, thank you.

The hippie in me wants to say: none, man. It's just a game and you can experience a lot of LIFE in 10-15 years.

But the basketball junkie in me wants to say: all of them. all of the years.

Crazy statistic. Someone born 80 years ago today would've been born in 1936. Life expectancy at that point? 60.6

Life expectancy today is up to 80 and they are saying it won't be unusual to see people living well into their 100's. Crazy to consider. Gotta wonder what quality of life will be like.

There are younger posters on this board who may well live to 150! That's a lot of pudding.
