Nice to see that there are no teams in the MAC with a losing record at this time of the season. The schedules may not be that hot, but still better than to have slug of losing records like in MAC football.

That didn't last long-about 10 hours.

There seems to be little difference between the MAC and the few conferences just above them in the RPI rankings. Seems like it wouldn't take much to jump a couple of them as often as not.

Usually after conference play begins, there's not much shuffling in these rating systems. Kind of surprising that the MAC has jumped into 12th in RPI with four teams now between 75 and 100, which isn't bad. Ohio has climbed to #96, good for fourth in the MAC. On the other hand, the MAC East has dropped from 10th to 13th in Sagarin, with Ohio dropping to #132, second in the MAC.
