+1

Really glad to have Borna Jr. back in the Convo. I ran into him this summer and said hello and he seemed a bit surprised to still be recognized!

What an excellent add for the staff. So does this mean he is also in grad school? Sorry for my ingorance.

Consider, with Tommy's addition to the staff, that the 2010/2012 teams that excelled have four guys that are already entering the college coaching ranks: (unless I missed someone)

Tommy Freeman
Walter Offut
Ricardo Johnson

Very good news! This is a great addition to the staff. Will he be in charge of teaching the art of three-ball shooting and charge-taking? ;-)

Are there official stats on charges taken? Must be.

Tommy must be #1 for OHIO.

He took a beating taking those charges. I remember a cruncher in Las Vegas vs. Lansas.

I would bet that Jeff Boals took more charges than anyone in OU history.

And no "flops" - was a brick wall (Tommy's were not "flops" - just not the brick wall that Boals was). Tommy prolly took more. Boals were just so memorable - often at mid court or top of key setting the screen for Geno bringing ball up the court or motion O top of key screen and they would literally bounce off of him onto the floor. Tommy's were often making a smart timed and bold D stand on a drive to the hoop.
