A couple of years ago there was an article in the paper about how Rutgers' women's basketball coach "disciplines" her players.

She's been known to prevent players from using their locker room,making them take cold showers,having late night or early morning practices and not letting them eat on the team bus after a loss.

No reprimand,no nothing.
The men's coach (Rice) had "issues".
He got a reprimand and was ordered to make changes to the program.

He did.
Then they fired him.
