He was in for 13 minutes of the second half in last night's game with the Rockets. Had 2 pts, 1 asst and 2 steals. http://www.espn.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=400899170 (You have to click "show bench" to see his stats.)

They have him listed at SF. Impressive. Sounds like he has a good chance to make their final roster too.

His contract's fully guaranteed. He's going to make the final roster.

Does that guarantee a roster spot AND the money?

No it does not guarantee a spot. He will need to earn the spot, the guaranteed salary was the carrot to keep him from going back to Europe.

Right, he had a fully guaranteed contract last year with a second year partially guaranteed and did not make the Mavs' roster. The Knicks have 15 players under guaranteed contracts and three others under non-guaranteed contracts. Three guys will get cut. It doesn't have to be the guaranteed money guys. That just means Mo gets paid no matter what. But to this point, it looks really good for him to make the roster.

Mo played 16 minutes, was 1 for 2 for 2 points with 3 rebounds, 3 steals, 1 assist and 1 turnover. Sounds like another pretty good effort.

I know we're biased, but he just seems like a guy who could work his way into a rotation little by little and three, four years down the road you look up and he's playing 18-20 minutes a game somewhere and making $8-$10million a season. I hope so, at least.

And then maybe he'll donate back to the program, and we'll have a scoreboard with his name on it. ;)

Baby steps though...I just want to see him in the league.

I also dream the Knicks have a line-up of Maurice Ndour, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, Willy Hernangomez, Kristaps Porzingis and Sasha Vujacic all on the floor at once at one point in the preseason — and Warren Swain is a special guest announcer.

Is this the new master plan to finance the hanging scoreboard? ;-)

The Ndourscoreboard. The Ndourboard. The Ndoard.

I don't know which one I like best.

No mind. We can do an internet vote when the time comes.

Nice idea, but I think you will see Mo using his money to try to help his family back home way before he will fund a scoreboard!

We don't need a new scoreboard. Better options in which to spend money.

"Mr. Food Truck employee? Yes, you, sir. I hate to be rude, but these elephant ears aren't actually made out of elephant. They seem to be some sort of fried dough with sugar and powdered sugar. I'm confused. I was under the impression I'd be getting 100 percent elephant flesh."
