So no ESPN3 for this game? That's interesting.

Blah. I wonder if this is the case for all the games when students are on break or just this one being day after Thanksgiving.

You would actually have MORE viewers if students aren't at the game since decent chunk would tune in from home.

In looking at the schedule the Tennessee Tech, Cleveland State, and Urbana home games are radio only. Marshall, WKU, NIU, BG, BSU, EMU and Kent are the road games showing as radio only.

What's the explanation for why all the home games aren't being shown?

For home games not on ESPN3, will they at least be shown with the student running one camera?

The games not being shown coincide with when the students are on break. So apparently students are necessary in the production of the games.

Someone bring your phone charger and get a Periscope stream going!

I wish I could understand it. I try to give the benefit of doubt to the powers that be in these kinds of decisions but most of me thinks there aren't any good reasons for there not to, at least, be a live stream. Here is to hoping Russ is at his best so I can "see" the action on the court based on his broadcast.

I am hoping to see lots of Culver and Carter in this game and, in lots of games to come. Gotta get these guys some confidence and game time experience for when we play the tough match ups... We've got to get scoring help from somewhere and, I think these guys can do it, they just need to know they can do it...

I was thinking of running down to the Convo for this one as there is nothing available...but I think it is going to be a blow out in front of an empty gym.... Gonna stay home and get some work done and listen to RUSS and ROB as always. Just no eyes on the game.

I have a habit of listening to the radio when at a game that I have done since I was a kid. Earplug and am radio in one ear, eyes on the game in the other. Little delay but there are always good things to recap what I just saw. Russ and Rob are very good compared to MOST of the folks I have listened to since I was a kid.

I've noticed in the first three games, Saul likes to bring Culver and Carter in as a tandem. #dynamic duo

I like having DT to come in for Tone but I love that we have Laster, Carter and Culver as energy guys off the bench. I think we're going to see more offense from Carter. He seems a bit passive and when he does take shots he is in the post. Would like to see him get some open looks from 3. Overall I am happy with the bench play as opposed to last year when it was Block and a still-developing DT. Now when Darty or Kenny leave the game I feel like we are just as good.

Wouldn't go as far to say we are just as good when Darty or Kenny leave the game. We need more games to see that play out. The frosh were passive against GA Tech and Taylor just needs to bang bodies when Tone is out...and oh yeah...make at least 50% of his foul shots. Which leads me to this question. Where are we getting points from the center position next year?

Wouldn't go as far to say we are just as good when Darty or Kenny leave the game. I like Culver and Carter, but they certainly aren't Jordy and Kenny. The frosh were passive against GA Tech and Taylor just needs to bang bodies and rebound when Tone is out...and oh yeah...make at least 50% of his foul shots. Which leads me to this question. Where are we getting points from the center position next year?

Ohio opened at 17 point favorites. Early money has apparently pushed the line to Ohio -16.5. I cant remember a line that large in a while (per ESPN GT, Southern and Sam Houston were all showing -3.5)

I have only been able to get Washington Huskies IMG Radio so far when I go to the live link on OhioBobcats.com. Pretty frustrating.
