Looking at Ohio Bodies I am impressed by the resculpting and bulking. Tony is cut and Gavin is bigger. Just standing back and looking I am impressed. Strength coach is earning his keep. Could stand to address nutritional needs of athletes. That has not changed for a decade and seperates the Power conferences from the rest.

Off season example from what Adam Fletcher has done with his squad is ridiculous. He seems to have won the summer. https://twitter.com/Adam_Fletcher41/status/78186030388575...

I am still impressed by Ohio's bodies but Adam Fletcher (miami's own Grizzly Adams in the Battle of the Bricks annual video) continues to win the Off season. Those numbers in this article are eye popping. http://www.qconline.com/sports/college_sports/jalen-colem... Reading that a 3 point shooter goes from squatting 198 to 308 can only help his shot.

Gavin, Tony and some other bodies in our program have made significant improvement in not only numbers but their bodies are changed. What Fletch is doing is setting a tone many will try to emulate. I hope folks turn out next week when the guys are signing autographs and giving us a chance to see what they have been up to.....

Lookin' forward to Saturday a whole bunch to see what the weight room has done, as well as what the young guys look like. It's a little early to rely on the weather man, but it's looking like the forecast is good for pregame tailgating on Saturday.
