I just noticed OHIO has an RPI of 18, ahead of Louisville, Kentucky, O$U, Toledo and others. That's good, right? Keep winning, Bobcats!

It is good, but I'd say it doesn't mean a whole lot at the moment.

It will at least get you noticed.

If our RPI is high at the end of the season it will help us secure an at large bid in the NCAA tournament.
(Damn I am funny this morning).

Even a win vs Tenn Tech Friday will lower our RPI.

And then there's the funny thing about RPI - when a school plays a non-D1 school, it has no bearing on RPI.

Interesting that TT have played in 2 NCAA tourneys
1958 lost to Notre Dame
1963 Got absolutely steamrolled by National Champ Loyola in quarterfinals.

Now at 8. Perhaps meaningless, but one can always dream.

Meaningless of course, and it'll probably plunge beating a nobody at home.

Well, you're right. Has now plunged to 21, and that may not even reflect last night's win over the nobody. Query: Is Marshall another nobody after it's loss last night to tO$U by over 40 points?

Nope...Marshall suspended arguably it's best player for the game. He'll be back for OHIO. Make no mistake about it...this game is going to be extremely difficult. And if Kenny doesn't play, even more so.

Was 34 going into today's play. We'll see what happens now.
