His Butler squad just shocked Villanova, and Holtman moves to the front of the line for any top coaching job he wants...don't imagine any top jobs will be open at the end of the year, tho...

I would say it's absolutely a top-40 job. Wouldn't you rather be at Butler than a bottom of the pile "P5" school?
