Ugliness ensued after the Lexington-Wooster game Friday night. Saw this kind of thing on a much smaller scale at St. Vincent/St. Mary when my son played in LeBron's AAU tournament a couple of years ago. The parents of two 10U teams came to blows in the game before ours. Pretty sad.

I saw the reporter's video about this right afterward. Lexington isn't real far from where I live. I've been to several tournament games there. I've also seen Lexington play. It's kind of surprising. I don't know as much about the Wooster community, but it's not really something I'd expect of Lexington. I guess it could happen anywhere.

Soon, we will be allowed to protect ourselves, even on campus. Praise Trump!

This is crazy!!
I went to Clear Fork High School in Bellville right next door to Lexington. We liked to think of them as our rivals and we loved to beat them, but I'm not sure it was ever reciprocated. Kind of like some Miami friends of mine do not think of OU as a rival...
Actually, the CF-Lex rivalry reminded me a lot of OU-Miami rivalry. Lexington was a more affluent city and tended to look down on us lowly country folk in Bellville. Plus our HS Marching Band played a variety of pop music, and we tended to change up our show for every football game, meanwhile Lexington had a professionally choreographed show with unique music that stayed the same all season. Clear Fork even had an OU Alum help us with a 'dance' that we'd do during a drum break... we were basically a Marching 110 rip off.
Anyway, just thought I'd give my two cents. Kinda humourous seeing Lexington make national news for something embarrassing... Stay classy Minutemen : D
