ESPN is obviously selling the heck out of Duke vs UNC per the usual, but there are several other games of note, and importance across the country tonight:

All at 7pm:

Purdue @ IU
Winthrop @ UNC Asheville - first place on the line in the Big South.
Lipscomb @ FGCU - First place on the line in the A-Sun.

I forgot about the Oregon-UCLA matchup. Good call.

Thank goodness for ESPN3!

Had a "What Could Have Been" moment last night while watching the Nets-Wizards game and seeing Caris Lavert playing a significant role on an NBA team after earlier in the day noticing (while looking up Marcus Keene's stats) that Evan Bradds was 18th in the nation in scoring at 21.2 ppg. Bradds is also shooting lights out .622/.571/.771 and stuffing the stat sheet.

Oregon UCLA intrigues me the most out of these ballgames. West Coast ball this year does not get the love and with UCLA, Oregon, Arizona, and Gonzaga, definitely enough teams out west to make a lot of noise in the NCAA Tournament.

Check out the story on the Ball Brothers from UCLA. The younger already committed to UCLA as a Soph (his current HS Grade). He had 92 points in a game a day or two back!

Impressive. But what about his teammate who had a triple double -- 29, 17, 14 and no mention at all...

Not so fast. Purdue gets it done on the road. But what was up with that double foul call? I don't think I have ever seen a block/charge get called that way.

If you're not on ESPNU right now, you're missing the best game this week so far.
