Nice piece on Jaaron by fellow Bobcat Dave Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News.

It is too bad we can't land more recruits from southwestern Ohio. I can't think of too many duds. Hunter, Esterkamp, Tillman and Simmons. DJ Windfield look promising before injuries ended his career.

Great Young man! Enjoy watching him play. DJ Cooper was the best passer I have ever seen in green and white and great on defense, but I think Jaaron is a better shooter and his passing seems to improve each game. Glad he's in Athens!

Yep he's a good passer. Too bad you must have never had a chance to see DJ Cooper.....

I'm in Cincinnati, and for whatever reason, there have not been a lot of stud recruits down here in recent years. Columbus, however, is a gold mine.

There's a ton of competition in that corner of the state as well. In the Cin-Day corridor we are recruiting against Cincinnati, Xavier, Dayton, Wright St. and some other Podunk university. It is hard to get talent out of the region.

Theoretically that is the case, but like Shab said there hasn't been a ton of talent in this area lately. The one big recruit I can think of in the past few years was the PG Bolden from Kentucky who went to WVU. Tony Campbell turned out alright too.

I can't think of too many from SW Ohio recently we have missed on. There was Isaiah Johnson, but we ended up with Antonio Campbell instead so I am very happy about that.

I remember we were interested in McCormick who ended up at Miami, but he busted pretty hard there. Also we offered Jalen Avery, but he ended up at Kent. He hasn't done anything spectacular there yet either.
