I recently switch to AT&T U-verse, about the same time I started following our b-ball games on the Web. Unbelievably frustrating experience with buffering -- it's buffering more than I see live action.

Is it my connection or does ESPN3 suck? I honestly can't tell.

I'm guessing your connection. I have very few buffering issues....WHEN THE GAMES AREN'T BLACKED OUT!!!

That's a whole other point of frustration

I have Time Warner and have great success, and have used ESPN3 and streaming of their main content for 3-4 years. I am very happy with the product.

With the ISP formerly known as TWC, I've had some buffering and picture quality issues. But those clear up if I back out of ESPN3 and come back in again. Sometimes it takes two or three tries.

Ditto. I will add that sometimes using my iphone is better than my ipad. Not clue why.

Same issues here. We moved in November. Old house was TWC and had few issues with ESPN3 and buffering. New house has ATT internet. I connect to ESPN3 via Roku and SlingTV. Buffering is awful and regular. I end up watching on my iPad via Verizon (no issues.)

It's your connection. We have middling AT&T DSL at home and the video is choppy. But if I tether through my T-Mobile phone, it is great.

I agree...I think the product is fine. It's just the insanity of blacking out games thru the WatchESPN app if you are logging in with a DirecTV account. There's no reason why you can watch a game in certain parts of Cbus, but in other parts it's blacked out. Zero reason for that. It's infuriating.

I don't watch through the UVerse app. I watch through the ESPN app and it seems to work better.
