I've got an Android Samsung 4 phone. It won't play on demand Stretch radio broadcasts. Any suggestions?

Have you tried Tunein Radio?
Edit: Never mind, I just realized you said On Demand which I assume means listening to the replay.

Right, I'm talking about replays.

Just tried it on my Samsung Galaxy 6 and it didn't work for me either.

I'm not sure I've ever been able to get that to work on a phone. I've had Samsung's for several years. Anyone else?

Anybody with an IPhone want to give it a try? It works on my PC just not on my Galaxy.

My HTC has successfully played live and replay audio and video in the past, but it's been a while since I've used it.

I've given up on the Stretch audio on the Ohio website for live games. I can't crank the volume up high enough to be able to hear it. I go to the 105.5 website instead. Replays don't seem to be any better.
