I have to think this is good for Ohio re our chances of getting in the top four.

Good game to watch despite the fouls. These teams were both relentless. Buffalo is insanely athletic. Gotta beat them other ways. Akron did it with threes tonight.

Agree Jeff.. Buffalo has talent, - Akron as well, but neither has Jaaron Simmons . Buffalo looked chaotic in their offense , launching 3s-maybe not using Perkins to his strength.

That simulator indicates Ohio is guaranteed the #2 if they win 2 of last 3. They're guaranteed a Top 4 if they win 1 of last 3. They could drop as low as #7 if they lose out, but still a good chance of a Top 3 or 4 if Western loses at NIU and Kent loses at BGSU and/or to Akron.

Win at Kent appears to assure us at least a 3 seed even if we drop the next two and ball buf Kent and western win out. Loss tomorrow may require one win for 4th seed and two home wins for 2 seed.

At this point 2 or 3 really doesn't matter except 2 plays at 6:30 on Thursday night and 3 plays at 9.

I guess the main thing is to keep playing good basketball to keep the momentum going into Cleveland. We keep playing well, the seeding takes care of itself.
