I know, it does NO good to look at what ifs.
Still, I find myself thinking if Carter would have cracked the starting 5 later in the season had Tony C. not been lost for the season. He definitely emerged as one of Ohio's top 3-4 players, including TC, but do you think Saul would have inserted him into the starting lineup?
Thoughts?

He might have cracked it. Surely he would have gotten increased minutes. In this hypothetical, I see him playing along with Tone as the first man off the bench for either KK or Block.
Either way, I'm excited to see Carter and Taylor play together next season.

I actually think, based on seeing Gareri play, that there will be some enticing lineups next year. Gareri can play back to the basket or on wing, just like Jason. Might see some Carter/Gareri mixes without Doug in there. Both guys can step out and shoot the 3 so teams will have trouble focusing on one guy. Both can also go inside. Same with what I've seen of Vander Plas. Could be a multi-dimensional group of big guys next year.
